Prices
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of postage and are subject to change without notice.
Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery on a majority of our items and Parcel Force for the larger items, We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 5 - 10 business days and will advise you if an item is out of stock and give you the option either waiting for you item or cancelling your order.
If you live outside the UK, then please email us first with details of your location so we can calculate your shipping costs.
Returns Procedure
Before returning any item please email us detailing the item and reason for the return. We will then send you a returns authorisation number along with details of how and where to send your return.
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or Damaged Item
We offer an automatic Post Office standard compensation cover up to £36 for loss or damage. Claims will be determined by the PO claim department. There is an extended compensation cover for more valuable items at cost to the customer, see the table below:

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card / by cheque / by postal orders once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted item
Unfortunately, due to fragile nature of the majority of our products we cannot refund or exchange an unwanted gift, unless it was sent to you through our error.
In particular, please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified when received. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs. We will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, carried by a reputable carrier and insured.
Returns are to packed securely and posted via Royal Mail.
