Old Milton Keynes alphabet print

There is a wealth of history around Milton Keynes, blending in with the new developments or tucked away, like Bradwell Abbey minutes from a main road.

Station X (Bletchley Park) is no longer top secret. The Grand Union Canal and railways have had an effect on housing and the city design .You can still see the Stony Stratford tram, old brick kilns, a boat from Hayes Boatyard and steam engines.

Evidence of Roman settlement and even prehistoric remains (the Caldecotte monster skeleton) still exist around the city.

Do you know where the Caldecotte monster now lives?

This alphabet partners the new Milton Keynes alphabet (see previous page) which highlights the contemporary buildings, green space and layout of the city.
